TA found me on LinkedIn and scheduled an interview immediately when I said I was interested in speaking. This was followed by a 1 on 1 interview with a manager over teams. This 2nd interview was followed by a third interview with someone more technical over teams. Everyone was polite and it all seemed to go well but I was never contacted after the third interview. About a month later, I got an automated rejection letter. It appeared to be the same as the ones that are sent out after your resume is screened following an online application.
