The interview process went well...until they ghosted me. I did 6 rounds of interviews and was advised that it was between me and one other person and they would follow up by the end of the week. That came and went, I followed up a few times, no response, only to be sent a generic rejection. Which is not even the worst part, I then see that the position has been reposted. This was so unprofessional. Why waste candidates time with 6 interviews...it took 6 interviews for you to realize you didnt want to move forward with a candidate?
