I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AvantStay (West Hollywood, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
It was a thorough interview. I was asked to calculate monthly revenue and costs for my favorite restaurant. The interviewers were helpful and they are collaborative when you ask questions. Then I was asked to plan how to market a Vineyard-Hotel in Napa Valley. The process was creative and technical, but I did not have experience in Hospitality-Tech, yet still passed the interview. There is a typing test in the end which is fun. They responded the same day and there was a trial day after.
