I had two interviews with Avantstay about the Customer Experience Manager position. The recruiter, Britney, was very personable and provided great detail about the role. The hiring manager was also very pleasant to speak with and provided a great overview of the position. While I was not offered the position, I was left with a great impression of Avantstay and would recommend applying!

Worst interview process I’ve ever experienced. Missed meetings, ghosted me for days, members of the team left the company mid interview. Nobody seemed to have any idea who was in charge or what was going to happen moving forward.
