Met with a HR representation for a quick introduction to the company. Like others mentioned there was some delay between conversations and next step but I think this was due to COVID/California Wildfires. Next step was to complete an excel assessment. This was my first assessment of such. It felt pretty standard but think I took the prompt too literally and focused on how to reflect the reporting in a clean, easy to filter manner (pivot tables). I think they were looking moreso for a set-up that could later be manipulated for further analysis.
