I had a good call with the company, however, it did sound as though they were making several changes in structure which may have contributed to an overall feeling of flakiness. I never received follow up after my interview & thank you note.

they scheduled a phone interview. they cancelled at the last minute.and asked me to reschedule. .. and they did the same for the rescheduled too. i had to reapply for the interview. then a year later, they emailed me and said i was not a candidate. just so disorganized
