Had an initial call with their People + Talent Manager; was then sent a skill assessment to complete in a few business days. I delivered the project in two days and the Manager responded the following day that they were in final stage of hiring process with another candidate and decided to move forward with him/her. I then ask for feedback on the project (given that I spent significant hours on it) and she never responded.
