I interviewed with a recruiter for this position via phone, but never heard back from the recruiter even after follow up emails asking for next steps. It seems like being ghosted is common with interviews at AvantStay. The interview itself was pretty brutal as well - it was like the recruiter couldn't hold a conversation, or just didn't want to speak to me at all. The questions were super basic, but the conversation was more than dull. I'm not entirely sure why they set up a call if they were not even interested in my answers from the beginning. Overall, a very poor experience. Seems like a cool company but they don't have it together unfortunately.
