Applied on a Thursday heard back from the recruiter the following day. Spoke on the phone with her and she asked basic questions. Next interview with the hiring manager who seemed cool but had issues asking questions, more than once saying out loud , “I’m sorry I forgot what I was going to ask you”. Final interview with two female managers. They seemed very smart and kind. Night before thanksgiving I receive a job offer, not by phone but by email. They agreed to start date for the end of January but then took it back saying that their QA program changed so they went with another candidate. The recruiter then apologized for the miscommunication. It was not miscommunication it was the company saying one thing then doing another. Very misleading. Then the recruiter stated that it took me too long to accept the offer; however they gave me until the end of the week to make a decision and agreed to a start date of late January, so the recruiter could not take ownership for the company lying stating she was “just the messenger” Totally unprofessional. Good thing I saw this early. Dodged a bullet there. I see many reviews stating that the company is unorganized and that could not be more clear.
