The interview process was very thorough, involving multiple calls with different contributors. I was able to speak with various roles that I would be interacting with on a frequent basis, as well as various levels of leadership. There was also a group video call that created a great dynamic for interviewing. At the end of the process was a detailed skills assessment, with 4 scenarios that I had to answer in essay format with what my approach to addressing each situation would be.
