The interview process with AvantStay was structured, organized, yet very personable. After submitting my application, I was contacted by a company recruiter who scheduled a brief phone screen. I had two additional interviews after that, and was asked to complete an assessment. After the assessment I interviewed with one additional employee. The entire interviewing experience was great and everyone was extremely friendly.
