The overall interview process was amazing from start to finish! One of my goals while joining a new team was to connect with individuals who were also passionate about the work they do and the services they provide. My first interview started with a recruiter who helped me throughout the entire process. They were supportive and energetic. I learned more about the company, benefits, and perks. In my second and third interviews, I learned a lot about the role and ways I could contribute to the team. I shared my strengths and weaknesses and how they align with the company culture at AvantStay. Each interviewer shared their background and a little about their time at AvantStay. After my third interview, I was offered the position!
