Easy with three different staff members. Was done online and over the phone. No one really seemed to take the process seriously or it seemed like it was a bother to them
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AvantStay in Jun 2022
Interview
The interview process involved 5 rounds, plus a fairly detailed skills assessment. The role was mid-level/senior so not terribly surprising, and the team made it as painless as possible. Everyone was really friendly and asked tough but fair questions. Timing from first interview to offer was roughly 25-30 days, which given the position, I'd say was fairly fast. Everyone was great about answering questions between interviews too. I think they did a great job.

Question 1
The skills assessment was perhaps the most intense piece; it essentially asked several challenging short-answer questions (in this case, about setting up new markets and what needs to be analyzed beforehand) that took quite a bit of consideration and time to complete. But ultimately this test along with the interviews was an effective means of understanding the capabilities of a candidate and getting a sense of the quality of their work.
