Hiring manager reached out a few days after applying and that's when the timeliness ended. She was late to our first call (which was rescheduled due to connection issues on my end), and was late to our rescheduled call. I didn't think her questions were insightful or helpful to know whether I'd be a fit for the role, and the interview felt rushed. I emailed her a few days later as a thank you and for an update, and have been ghosted ever since.
The company doesn't have a dedicated recruiter so the whole process is a bit clumsy.

I can tell you she did not ask me my salary expectations, when I can start, or any type of bookkeeping questions recruiters should be asking. I have a background in recruiting, so I'm familiar with how this interview should have been conducted.
