AvantStay Project Manager - Continuous Improvement interview questions

Initial interview was a phone interview and I thought it went pretty well then got ghosted by them and the interviewer. I even sent a formal follow up email and nothing, then a couple weeks later they said they closed the position. Kind of unprofessional
