I was informed that in the past the interview process usually had 5-7 stages (which should have been a red flag), but I would only have 4. After almost 2 weeks of not hearing back from them on their final decision, I reached out to the recruiter and he said I'd hear from them soon. Next day, I received an automated email that they would not be moving forward. Not even a call to inform me after 4 rounds of interview.
