I didn't like the interview process. They have not considered the applicants' time. They suddenly scheduled interview. I got the interview request on the day of the interview. And GM was not present at the interview, so I had to revisit again. The interview questions were also really rude
My experience consisted of 3 rounds, HR , manager, then upper management. It was more of a conversation rather than a formal interview. Avantor is a great company to work for.

Very relaxed interview process. I had interviewed with three different people the VP of sales, area manager, and hiring manager. They will ask you about your experience and vision with the company. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and seem to want you and the company to succeed.
