Question 1
What is you experience with different CAD programs?
I applied online. I interviewed at Avantor (Devens, MA) in Jan 2021
Interview
Initial recruiter interaction - I was asked to arrive on a Friday to the Devens MA location, confirmed twice via email. On Thursday afternoon, wile at work, I was told there was a scheduling error and will need to arrive in 3 hours.
Interview Process - The interview process went well with all members of the team except one. He was unable to accept my 4 year experience in the same role and hinted that my degrees were not advanced enough to succeed in the role. This bothered me, If he had reviewed my resume before asking for an interview everyone's time could had been saved.
Post Interview - After reaching out multiple times requesting a response from recruiting. I did not receive an answer. This is something that I find rude an unacceptable.
