Phone Screening with a recruiter asked a bunch of rate yourself questions (behavioral questions). The recruiter was rude and had no intention of a productive conversation, clearly did not read my resume and made it seem like my existence offended them. Interview was over Microsoft Teams and the interviewer didn't even bother to turn on their camera. After the interview was done, I knew for a fact that I would never want to work for Avantor.
