After applying I was contacted by HR to set up an interview, once at the interview I spoke with the director briefly about the job itself and why I felt I would be a good match for the job. I then sat with an employee and watched and listened to him explain in more detail what I would actually be doing. After that the director told me to take the weekend to think over if I was still interested in the position and if so to call him on Monday to let him know.
