You will speak with a recruiter who will get you started with the basic questions and your interests. From there you will speak with a RN who will then assess your skills and they are looking for your basic skills and just making sure you are proficient in them. You will need to know Maslows hierarchy and what you would do in an emergency situation. They will ask why you want to work there and this is when you will eXpress Your reasoning for wanting to be in a home care environment. Overall easy process and kind staff.
