I applied online through their website and within a couple of hours their chatbot system send me an email with the best available times for a phone interview with the recruiter. The recruiter interview was easy as all I was asked about as to what I was looking for in terms of full-time or part-time and also if I was vaccinated (covid). Then was scheduled for an in-person interview with the director and manager. At the in-person interview I had to take a pre-hire test which is general nursing nclex like questions. Once I completed the test the director and manager came in for the interview which it was pretty simple and easy. They talked about the company and what they are looking for as well as training and compensation (per visit). They only asked me about my nursing skills and that's about it. I had more questions for them than what they asked me which I did not mind. An hour after the interview the recruiter emailed me the offer letter. Overall I had a great interview experience.
