I applied online and they first send me some reasoning tests (numerical,logical and verbal). The numerical had to do mostly with calculating time differences, currencies and some other more typical questions. Then I was called for an interview. The woman was very friendly, she asked lot of typical interview questions, like describe a difficult situation and how you handle it.She was very interested though about why I wanted to work for Avery especially because my previous working experience was in a bank.
