Initial step included two phone screens. First with HR and then with the so called the hiring manager. I was successful in securing a face-to-face interview. I was told that I would be seeing the hiring manager, sales team members and direct reports. I was called back for a further interview with members that were not available the first time. It went well enough for the final phase which was was an interview at the corporate office with 6 people taking all day. The entire process took 10 weeks only to be told that management, not the hiring manager, want to interview other people to find the right candidate.
You would think that the hiring manager would know what he wants, needs, and fits, but it appears that other members of the management really make the decision, so be warned and prepare yourself for a long process that might not provide the result you want.
