I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Avery Dennison in May 2016
Interview
I applied online, the process took around 4 months. The first part was a phone screen with HR. Then the second part was with the hiring manager. A month later was a face to face interview with the local engineers there. The last interview was with the hiring manager and other engineers. I was upset how they are horrible with stalling and not keeping the applicants informed. I feel like my time was wasted cause I saw that the position was uploaded once again on the website. I had to constantly send emails to the HR contact and call with no response available. I was not selected due to fact that they chose an internal candidate. I had to wait a month to find out if I was selected or not. The position is still showing on job search engines so applicants beware. I do not recommend and extremely disappointed with this company. The website to check status is also not good since it does not provide updates. A lot of time wasted!
