Interview
Over the phone casual interview describing your skill set and going over the job more in depth. I talked with a HR rep and the hiring manager. They both told me the interview went well and they wanted to bring me in to meet other team members THEN over a week of radio silence. They provided zero follow up, I called, emailed, and nothing. Then after 2 weeks received the automated email that I would not be proceeding to additional interviews. This is fine but if you're in HR and scared to give people news that they will not be going forward, please get a new job. Its completely unprofessional to treat anyone that way.
