two round interviews, both involving situational questions. Each interview is only with 1 person. questions revolved specifically around your experience itself, behavioral questions, and trying to figure out who you might be as a person and your ability to work with others
Cold call --- Onsite interview. The call was conducted by someone who has a really strong accent, and as a result, the scheduling of the onsite interview date was a pain. She booked the day that I was not available for, and I could not reschedule it.
