I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Avery Dennison in May 2010
Interview
HR didn't seem to understand what the hiring team wanted/needed in the applicant. Took HR 2.5 months to schedule my interview with the hiring team after my initial HR screening, and they were completely uncommunicative during that time - no replies to several phone calls and emails to check on the status. Turns out when I interviewed with the hiring team, they didn't know what they wanted in an applicant either. Didn't make for an enjoyable interview process.
People were smart but the work environment and company culture seemed very un- inspirational/ motivational
