I applied online and was asked to set up a phone interview and to complete an online personality assessment. I followed up with the recruiter three times before receiving a reply to confirm a time for a call. The recruiter was late to the call which lasted 9 minutes. I was asked to walk through my resume and a few other basic questions. At the end, I was told what next steps would be. I followed up with the recruiter after the given timeline had passed without a reply. I finally received a generic rejection email

Four interviews in total: two HR interviews, two interviews with the hiring manager and the team. After an initial phone interview with a recruiter, I was called on-site to meet the hiring manager and a teammate. I spend about two hours with them. The following week I was called in again to meet another team member. Finally, I had another HR round before they made an offer.
