Spoke to variety of managers and potential internal partners in the business. It took a while to get the interview setup and to schedule an onsite interview. It could be due to an impending hiring freeze at the time. They were slow with getting the offer together as well.

Talk about a time where you had to make a difficult decision.
The interview process was incredibly smooth and efficient. I was particularly impressed by the amazing use of AI throughout the stages, which made the experience feel modern, fair, and very well-organized.
Series of interviews, starting with Talent - Human Resources. Followed by hiring manager, then a cross-functional partner interview, and then senior HR staff. Time frame took approximately 2 1/2-3 weeks. Interviews were conducted over the phone or virtual.
After the initial screening over the phone, the next phase was sitting down in person with multiple IPT members. Prior to starting the interview process I was given a tour of the common areas. The in person interview took a few hours.
