Informal, easy going, interviewers lacking the necessary capability to make interviews, professional HR, non capable managers, seem old school, and a bit of favoritism to protect internal structure, technical bacgkround people lacking marketing knowledge

Describe your career path, What are your pros and cons
Good start turned into frustration. Had 3 interviews, friendly environment with recruiter and hiring manager. Quick response and feedback until after the third interview when things went quiet for over a month and follow-up emails unanswered. Later learned by myself through a different contact that the position has been filled long ago. Situation can be handled in a more professional manner.
