I had a first phone interview with a recruiter who contacted me a week after i applied for the position. He asked resume/experience based questions. I had a second phone interview with one of the hiring manager a week later. He asked resume and behavioral questions. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and i was supposed to hear back from them shortly after that for the next steps in the process but i never did. I followed up a week later with an email and the told me they would get back to me with the next steps in the process, and even though my application still says screening i still haven't heard back from them. Very unprofessional and disorganized interview process.
