Interview
The hiring process was a bit disorganized. Eventually, one might have an initial screening with a recruiter, then another phone screening with the program manager. Then, if the client likes your background, you will be invited for a 1:1 interview with the contractor manager followed by a panel interview with the client supervisor. The client has the final say on whether you are hired as a contractor.

They basically walked through the job description and asked for examples of how my experienced matched up. The program manager was very nice, sharp, and easy going. The client interview went extremely well, as I was well-qualified and familiar with the work.

Two phone screens and an in-person interview. The interviewers were incredibly unprofessional and one even called me stupid. I still cannot believe this was considered to be acceptable behavior at this company.
