The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Avid Technology in Mar 2009
Interview
The interview was very formal. After checking in with the receptionist I was taken to a conference room. Then I was interviewed individually by a team member, the project manager, and my potential manager. The discussion was more along the terms of why I wanted the position, and my past experiences with Java development. The position involved working with SAP Netweaver technologies.
After a few rounds of interviews, I was not offered the position as I had no experience with ABAP or SAP.
