The interview process started with a HR screening, where she asked some basic questions like experience, available date. two days later interviewed with the hire manager. Next week was invited for an onsite interview. Interviewed was 5-6 hours started with a 1hr seminar followed by meeting with about 5-7 team members, pretty much asked same questions from each interviewer—talk about yourself, why looking for a new role etc. it seems they were not very interested in the research I presented. They asked some questions related to the position, and you need to provide the same idea with them. During the 1hr presentation, people move in and out freely, which was pretty disturbing.
