Initially spoke with an HR rep for about 30 min. Hiring manager (Sr. Scientist) reached out a few days later for a call and was very interested in my background. Came on site the following week and met with 5-7 different people over the course of 3 hours. Received overwhelmingly positive feedback from everyone. The entire process was relatively disorganised (mixed-up meeting times, last minute personnel changes) but still easy. Was ghosted in the end- only heard they’d moved forward with another candidate after emailing HR to follow up a few weeks later.
