Met at college career fair, applied online, and received opportunity to interview on campus. Three separate interviews each 30 min. Each interview was pretty laid back. They tried to get to know you a little more and each asked a couple of questions mostly common behavioral questions. I felt more comfortable interviewing with them compared to most companies.

First had a casual conversation at a job fair with a finance director. Next I moved on to a more formal interview a couple weeks later with the same director. Interview was one on one with most questions about work and academic history.
