They waited 3 weeks to schedule the first onsite interview. When I arrived, I was only given 30 minutes with 5 different people, mostly asking the same questions- including the individual who would be my supervisor. Then, another 4 weeks passed before I was up for the final interview. For the final interview, I was flown to their home office in Ohio, which takes nearly all day. The interview itself was the same format- 30 minute sessions, with six different people asking the same questions. I was there for 3 hours- that's it. My flights to get there were longer than that!! My interview concluded right at lunch time- not one person offered to walk me out, or take me to lunch. It's not about the meal, it's about making sure I'm the right fit for the role. Now, FIVE WEEKS have passed and I have not heard a word. I reached out for reimbursement (no, my rental car wasn't paid for in advance) but that's the extent of it. I would not consider working here based on my candidate experience alone- somebody you're trying to lure/impress - I can't imagine how they treat their employees!
