Very unorganized interview process. It took about a month for someone to reach out to me regarding my application, then they kept rescheduling my virtual interview as well as the individuals who would be doing the interviews. It was 4 interviews in total - each one about 40 minutes. On the day of the virtual interview, I had to text the HR partner who was on vacation because he scheduled himself as the organizer so no-one could join the meeting until he did. The first interviewer did not even attend or even send a message that he could not make it. The 2nd basically had his back to me for the entire interview. The 3rd person I spoke to was very down to earth and seemed genuinely interested in interviewing me. He was very honest how no-one knew what this role would entail or who I would report to. He also mentioned that I would probably need to train myself. The 4th person enjoyed listening to himself talk the entire time. He barely asked me a question and like everyone else, he had no idea what this role would entail and could not answer 1 question I had. I could not understand why they were interviewing when they clearly had no idea what they were doing with this role. There was zero follow-up after the interview, but I honestly was not surprised considering how unorganized it had been from the very beginning.
