Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to work on a project with a difficult coworker.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Avient (Avon Lake, OH) in Nov 2015
Interview
I met PolyOne at a career fair on campus. They tested me a lot at the career fair in the way that they spoke to me and even made me sell them something on the spot. The next day, I did a formal interview on campus with the two men I met at the career fair at which point they told me they thought I would be a good fit and will send me to the next step. The next step was a phone interview with HR and the most intricate assessment test I've ever taken.
I passed that and was invited to the final round of interviews at headquarters in Avon Lake, OH. They set up a social dinner, networking events, tours, and finally four rounds of interviews. Three interviews were with sales managers of different divisions and the fourth was with HR.
21 of the other people invited were engineers, while I was one of 3 business majors. I did get the impression that they don't particularly enjoy hiring people without a background in engineering after a few conversations, which was discouraging and I did my best to highlight my sales skills. They got back to me one week later though, letting me know that I did not get the job.
Great experience and seems like a great company. If you have an opportunity to interview with them, I highly recommend it.

Interview
It was a marathon, but a very positive experience. The interviewers asked some difficult questions, with the goal of finding out whether I would be a good fit for the company. The company culture is one of collaboration, which they incentivize.
