Recruiter emailed and arranged a phone conversation. This went well. Had 45min with hiring manager, who was at the VP level. This resulted in 4 more interviews spanning four different levels (IC, mgr, dir., VP) levels. All told, five very nice smart people. I was very enthused by the team and while their salary range was below my range, I would have accepted. And then came the recruiter, who promised to get back in 5-6 days. I didn't get a response for 31 days.
