Avionte Staffing Software interview questions

I had a call with the recruiter, followed by a call with the Implementation Project Manager Lead and a Director. Both calls were very conversational with easy behavioral questions. The call with the recruiter lasted 30 minutes and the following call lasted an hour. Everyone I spoke to was nice and knowledgable. I was told that I would hear back the week after the second interview. I never did. I followed up with the recruiter who then told me they would have a decision for me soon. They did not. A month went by and I assumed I had been ghosted, then I received an email from the recruiter that they were pursuing other candidates. Poorly handled interview process that seemed disrespectful to me and my time.
