Interview
The process was very weird, I had an HR call in which I was said to have moved to the next round for a technical screen. Than the HR ghosted me for more then 2 weeks after taking my availability. When I followed up she sent a greenhouse availability link. I opened the link and some slots were there and then a few hours later it expired.
I contacted HR about this thrice in two days and they sent a rejection email from a automatic mailbox.

Interview
It took a month from the initial recruiter email to actually scheduling the screening call, and when the call finally happened, the recruiter seemed to be reading my resume for the first time. They then quickly dismissed all of my PhD experience and rejected me as "inexperienced". The overall interaction felt very unprofessional.
