      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Axcient (Denver, CO) in May 2022

      Interview

A friendly interviewer, but a bad process overall. The company reached out to me, but refused to disclose a salary range during the initial interview, saying that would be disclosed only during a follow-up interview. The HR rep doing that initial phone screen couldn't answer half my questions since Axcient had outsourced the hiring process to their investors, so I learned nothing that wasn't on the job advertisement online. After telling me Axcient was trying to fill the job immediately and would get back to me the next day, it took 5 days for them to respond.

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Axcient (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2014

      Interview

First screen is a personality and skills test, with some essay questions to suss out your basic skill competence. The next level of screening is a phone interview with their HR rep, which wasn't very specific to the position. If you pass the screening, you had the first round of in-person interviews, which was just a handful of questions like, "Tell me about a time you made a mistake," etc. If you passed that round, you were called back for a final interview.
