I applied online. No one from HR ever contacted me. A Lead Engineer reached out and never formally introduced himself, he only said he wanted to set up a meeting. We set up the 1st interview and it seemed like it went well. I made it to the 2nd interview with another Engineer on the team and she was incredible and really nice. That interview too seemed to go well. In a typical fashion, I asked what the next steps were and she told me to get with the Lead Engineer. I did. I sent him 3 follow-up emails over a course of 3 weeks, waiting 1 week in between each email and he never responded. This was back in April 2021 and it's now June 2021. I still have not received any type of official notice on the state of my candidacy. I think it's safe to say either they went with another candidate or reposted the role at a more experienced level. There is a new role as of today called Sr. Space Communications Engineer (RF), the emphasis of the Senior part.
