Interview
The interview process was fair and did a good job of balancing skills based questions with personality based ones. I felt that I was able to adequately show my passion for the position while also hearing about the company culture.
I had a very casual 30 min phone call with the recruiter followed by a virtual interview with two team leads. Asked some basic technical questions, but nothing too hard
