A recruiter reached out with a questionnaire. Very straightforward and simple screening questions. One question asked about location/timezone which at the time I worked overseas and stated such. I received an interview invitation a few days later, logged into the app for virtual interview and no one showed up. After 30 minutes I reached out via email and received reply saying “ it was meant to be an on-site interview and that they may have to reschedule for virtual.” I already knew where this was headed at that point so I was no longer vested. Two weeks later I get another email stating they moved on.
