I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Axiom Space
Interview
Came in for an hourish long interview. I had 3 panel interviewers who asked me about my resume and some previous experience. Overall pretty easy stuff. Nothing very technical at all. I did get an offer but decided to decline. Pay was marginally better than industry (about 10% above what I am making now), but the company demanded 5 days in the office in person. They also do not participate in flex fridays which is common in the aerospace industry (usually allows for every other Friday off). Very surprised a start up like this doesn’t do something more substantial to attract talent.
