4 rounds very serious interview. There are an hour each. They are with different people in the org. After that you wait and they get back to you. I would say it is a 8/10 on difficulty.
3 interview nearly back to back, all on the same day. I felt this was overkill and many questions were about progress and how movement was slow. No practical assessment. 3 different hierarchies. I found the interviewers impersonal and poor time management.
