I went through the whole interview process which took about a month long. This included a recruiter screening, 1-on-1 interview, a prep call with the recruiter for the panel interview, and then the panel interview with 3 different people. I also signed an interviewee NDA. I received an email 2 weeks after the last interview telling me that I was still being considered and that they were just wrapping up the interviews, but it's been a month since that email and I never received an update--not even an automated rejection letter. I was just ghosted. Also, it was annoying that all of the interviewers were confused on which exact location I was applying for. They confused me because I initially thought it was for Louisville, KY but they kept saying Knoxville, TN. This is an important factor since I would have been relocating states for the role.
*****UPDATE***** Literally a day after I posted this Glassdoor review, the recruiter finally emailed me saying that I'm still in the running and that they would like to schedule me with one final interview with a VP. This is a month after the email saying I was still being considered, and they also said the last interview was the final round. I already accepted a role with a different company and am on my second week in this new position. If Axon was faster in the process, I would have likely done the final interview and accepted the role if given an offer. However, the whole process just took way too long and ended up being about 2+ months.
